Reserving a time.
We will be happy to welcome you to our wedding salon and take maximum care in helping you choose and try on our wedding and formal dresses. The time of your visit should be reserved in advance.
When you reserve a fixed time, you gain the assurance that we will have the time to pay full attention to you over the whole time you try on dresses, and also that we will have your chosen wedding dresses ready for you. Times reserved in advance always take priority. You can make a reservation:

We hire out wedding dresses according to our customers’ needs for 3-6 days. There is a single rental over the whole period of hire, and payment is made in cash. When reserving a wedding dress you need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental cost. You can change your model for another. If your wedding date changes, we will transfer your paid deposit and dress hire to the new date.
- For concluding a rental contract on the first day you try on a dress you get a 10% discount.
What you get with your wedding dress:
- Petticoat under your dress.
- Rental of one accessory: veil, handbag, bolero jacket.
- Two try-ons before your wedding free of charge.
- If necessary, we can adjust your dress: extend it, stiffen the corset, adjust the zip.
Final try-on, picking up and returning your wedding dress.
We recommend arranging your final try-on at least 10 days before your wedding by calling: (+420) 775 135 503. If possible, we will tailor adjust your wedding dress free of charge. As such, do not forget to bring your wedding shoes to your final try-on, and any undergarments.
You can pick up your dress on the agreed day at any time during opening hours. You will receive your wedding dress ready and on a hanger in a wrap for transport, and anyone can pick it up as long as they have your rental contract with them.
Unless arranged otherwise, the rented dress is returned on the first working day following your wedding (usually on a Monday). You may be charged for later returns without prior agreement. You will also be charged If the dress is dirtied to a larger extent or damaged. The customer will pay for dress repairs, and if the dress is completely destroyed then the retail price is paid.
